MEET THE OWNER

For Joseph Lavorico, building has always been about more than just the finished space. It is about creating something meaningful for the people who will call it home. Joseph has been married to his wife, Lilah, for nearly 23 years, and together they have been blessed with three sons. For the past 24 years, their family has been part of the same church community in Napa, where Joseph and Lilah also teach an adult couples class. His faith, his family, and his role as a husband and father are at the center of who Joseph is and have shaped the way he approaches both life and his work. He often says that God took his own life and remodeled it into something beautiful. That idea of transformation is something he carries with him into every project. Through Lavorico Construction, Joseph gets to do what he loves most. He takes a vision and helps turn it into a place that feels new again. Whether that means reimagining an existing home or building something from the ground up, there is something special about watching a space come together and knowing it will become part of someone’s everyday life for years to come.
